The VSF Building a Better Community Initiative is keyto the Organization’s values of “A Seed Planted In Good Soil Shall Grow, Ten Fold, Sixty Fold, and One Hundred Fold.”  These collaborative efforts will stimulate homeownership and economic growth. The Initiative is a focused, community effort to pioneer new initiatives, and collaborative vehicles that will help expand opportunities to those deserving and committed families willing to engage in the process required for homeownership, and income/ wealth sustainability. Commencing in 2008 with its first sale, VSF has purchased, restored, and sold $28Million+ of its inventory to low-to-moderate income families within the Southern and Northern California communities.
